master-planned community located on the western side of
Valencia in the beautiful Santa Clarita Valley. Stretching out
over about 4,000 acres, Stevenson Ranch offers a
family-oriented lifestyle that is worlds away from the traffic
and congestion typically associated with the Los Angeles area.
Real estate options consist of single-family homes,
condominiums and townhouses as well as limited land lots to
custom build. Since its establishment in the 1980s, Stevenson
Ranch has been a popular choice with commuters. The heart of

condominiums/townhouses. Home prices range from the mid-$600,000s up
to $1.5 million plus. Most of the homes available have open floor

include scenic views of nearby mountains and golf courses, plus
immaculate landscaping and custom interior features. A budget of
$800,000 might purchase a four-bedroom, cul-de-sac home with more
